I’m trying to book an open jaw flight via chase with points - specifically a KLM SFO > CPH, and Air France CDG > SFO. I’m not seeing these two flights pop up in the chase portal when I search for the multi city flights even thought they’re both operated by Delta, and I could book them both via the delta website. Has this always been an issue / does chase only provide multi city flights with the same carrier or am I just completely missing something?
