on the assumption that bags wouldn't be checked through*, is 2+20 (0950-1210) feasible to clear customs/immigration, claim bags, and make our way to IB? the unpleasant award ticket alternatives are AF or KL, both of which depart ~1730

*- the source of this assumption is the fact that we're starting out with YVR-YYZ on Westjet (part of the DE booking, but in Y) ... I'm more than willing to use some of the 4-hour YYZ layover to claim and re-check with DE
