Having a slight issue with the strikes.

My longhaul business class flight has been cancelled.

It looks like that I will have to go via Turkish Airlines, they are the only the Star Alliance carrier that I can see with availability given the dates that I need to travel due to business commitments.

However, I do not have Miles and Smiles Status. Turkish's baggage calculator states that Miles and Smiles members get +1 bag but do not suggest that is the case for none-Turkish Star elites. Does anyone know if I can get 3 bags luggage allowance on Turkish?
