35104861[/url]]I went through the same set of steps, with the exact same error at the standalone Protea JNB (not the transit one) for a couple one-night stays bookending my trip a month ago. First time they sent me multiple deposit requests and then a couple days before arrival a different PDF form to fill out and send in. Second time they sent me the TravelBuy deposit requests and after still erroring out didn't bother with the PDF. Both stays had no issues, stayed on the Marriott website the entire time, and I think still ending up charging the card I used to make the reservations.
