No you're not good. The ANA-operated flight must not be a codeshare to be eligible for upgrade via SAUA. However you could try to call UA after booking and ask to change those flights to NH numbered. If they say no, then just cancel within 24 hours.

Also this looks like a P fare which is ineligible for SAUA. You'd need to upfare to Z.
