Booking hotel using point for someone else?
I want to book hotel for my spouse (different last name) but I am not traveling. I have some Marriott points but 300 points short. I can buy 1000 points and use it to book the hotel. Is it okay that I am not there during check-in? I want to make sure before I spend $$ to buy points. Thank you for your time.
