The whole resort is beautiful, the rooms are well appointed. I was upgraded to a lagoon access room, which was good location for getting to the restaurants. There are lot of stairs. I do not have mobility issues, but I noticed that it would be a challenge for someone who does. I could not figure out how to get the room completely dark. There was some overhead lights that I could not find the switch for. I am allergic to shellfish, I have a card written in Thai, that explains this, even so it was a struggle. The sidewalks remind me runways? maybe for future expansion?
The spa was great. I did not use the gym. Pool chairs were plentiful at both pools. It was quiet during the week, bit busy on the weekends, but never felt full. They have Panpuri Andaman Sails thru out the hotel. I brought home a candle. Extending the holiday feel.
Overall, the hotel was quite nice. But for me with my food allergies, 7 nights was too much. I grew tried of the food option, no fault on the hotel. Next time, maybe 3 days max.
Hope this helps
