I woke up this morning and tried to check in online and now it’s working. I’m not sure what changed on the back end but everything went through!
In some cases , both flights have to be open to allow online check in. Thus, even though your first flight is open for check in , you must wait for your second flight to be open to do it online. At least this has been the case in a number of my flights .
