Only United offers one-stop routings between GRB and KOA. I would be hard-pressed to come up with a reason to add another stop, unless there is a substantial price difference. But in my experience, DL charges stratospheric prices for their few D1-marketed seats to HNL, so that would be unlikely to be the case.
