findark, we fly out of GRB, definately not a hub. Over the years we have done GRB to ORD to HNL to KOA, GRB to ORD to DEN to KOA, GRB to ORD to SFO to KOA. A few times we did ATW to DEN to KOA.
I found the lie flat from DEN to KOA uncomfortable and not worth the price. the schedule is appealling though with a 4:00 arrival in KOA.
I was thinking about Delta just to change it up some and experience a different product.

ATOBTTR, thanks for your comments.Going by some YouTube videos, the seats on the 767 look tiired and uncomfortable. I did not know about lounge access for D1 passengers, a small consideration, but a consideration non the less.
