If you are going to KOA, United flies ORD-KOA and DEN-KOA with lie-flat equipment. I would consider this much better than DL, which has no lie-flat service at all (at least not year-round).

Is your origin some spoke city that has service to MSP on DL and ORD/DEN on UA, or are you in one of these hub cities?
