findark, i hear you about avoiding the Hawaiian Airlines connection in HNL. United from ORD puts you in HNL or OGG with a flight to Kona, our final destination. I like the wide bodies on the long flight from the midwest to Hawaii.
I never considered United out of MSP, i'll take a look.
