Due to TK's frustrating rule that award tickets issued online can only be in your name, I find myself having to call in to book reservations for 2+ people. However, the call center agents can't seem to find the space that I'm seeing as available on TK's own website. Any ideas of why or how to get around this? It's extremely frustrating.
