MGallery Am Konzerthaus Vienna
Introduction We had a 3 night stay at this propery back in December ´22We had arranged an airport transfer via the Hotel for 47 euro. Driver was waiting at arrivals and we were driven to the hotel in a big black Mercedes vito. Not the best looking hotel from the outside. Check In We had checked in online prior to our arrival. Once we were warmly welcomed and had a feeling of being expected due to the airport transfer. The receptionist was very professional. We had booked a Superior room with King-size bed, we did not receive a upgrade due to the Hotel being completely full. The recepitonist assured us however that we had a very nice room withing the category. Good loyalty recognition and drink voucher handed out. Once inside, the hotel is beautifully decorated. Room We arrived on the last AF flight of the day which was also about an hour delayed. At this point it was already past midnight. Our later arrival time had been noticed by the staff and our room had been turned down for sleeping. Lovely touch. The room was quite small but nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable. No coffee machine. Only a kettle with tea and instant coffee. Complimentary water.Safe, shoe horn, shoe mitten. No iron or ironingboard.A night ´´kit´´by the bed side. Nice touch. It consisted of hand cream, relaxing pillow mist, ear plugs, chocolate, and chamomile tea.Welcome amenityA welcome note, chocolates, christmas ornaments, and a bottle of PunschView from the room. My only complaint about the room was the sound isolation. It was very poor to the outside. The traffic noise was very noticable. Unfortunate. Bathroom Small bathroom but with good finishes. Products from L´Occitane. There was also vanity amenities, slippers and a bathrobe. The toilet is to the right of the door. Service Service was great. Every staff we interacted with from the driver at the airport to the gentlemen at check out were helpfull and professional. Good loyalty recognition as well. Overall Overall we had a lovely stay at this property and would certainly return. It is not the most beautiful hotel from the outside, but once you enter it is another story. Beautiful decor throughout the hotel. We did not have breakfast or try the restaurant. But the restaurant and the bar looked very interesting and had good reviews. We used our drink vouchers for takeaway coffees. Our only main complaint would be the noise isolation in the room which wasn´t very good. Too much traffic noise from the street. Perhaps a room in a higher floor or facing another street would be more desirable at this property.
