On the short-haul A320 fleet, wifi only works on older aircraft. The equipment is installed after delivery, not at the Airbus factory. The newer A320neo (mostly delivered to SAS Connect) have been delivered during the pandemic and/or Ch. 11 bankruptcy, so the wifi installations appear to have been delayed or paused.
