I am having issues checking into my flight departing tomorrow. The flights are booked as a JetBlue codeshare, so on the Qatar flight it shows up as B6 flights. When I go to checkin, it says “your flight is unavailable for checkin.” I messaged QR and they said I need to checkin at the airport.

does this sound right? I am very nervous about the way this is booked, although it does say “confirmed” on qr website. I’m fine checking in at the airport, but I don’t want to show and they say “oh you don’t have a valid ticket.”

(on another note, can they add the KTN at the airport for me to still use pre check? It won’t safe mg personal info on the website either.)
