Agree with the above poster on the kofta, it was great. The lamb chop was just OK. I’d give the chicken katsu an 8/10 when done properly, we had three of them on the flight and they were all varying degrees of cooked. One of them came with at least 4TBS of katsu sauce, not sure what happened there but I’d ask for it on the side just in case.
