I have a potential problem with a 2 x BA Amex companion vouchers redemption for next week for the wife and I and two kids.

Family of four and under my booking I've booked the 4 of us on a long haul flight (using two AMEX vouchers on my account). Problem is due to work commitments I might not be able to accompany the family. Wife and 2 kids would still like to travel.

How strict are BA on the AMEX cardholder travelling (I think this is part of the T&Cs)? If I simply don't turn up at LHR will the 3 others be able to travel (wife and 2 kids)? I appreciate I may lose the benefit of the companion voucher. It would also be a problem if BA cancelled the return legs. Very happy to talk to BA if that's the best way forward....

Any advice appreciated on how to sort this is appreciated.
