I guess we can only wish you the best of luck. Unfortunately, I suspect that there is a substantial chance that CPRich's "worst case" comes to pass. It sounds like this will be a ticket issued by Continental Airlines for travel on three different airlines that are not Continental (Virgin, Royal Brunei, and Emirates). Although it's a restricted ticket, I would be very surprised if they shared a computer system with all of these airlines, so they would face a real risk of a "lost" ticket being used.
