As an ordinary passenger I can freely go between the Aventyr lounge and the furthest E gates used for my CPH-US flights without having to reclear passport control at CPH. Thankfully, there is a publicly accessible path to do so on the non-Schengen side that connects the E gate area with the old-school gate area for other non-Schengen flights. But it's not a short hike for CPH.
