So not necessarily a QR specific question, but I’ll be entering the state of Qatar on a 14 hr layover soon. I’ll be getting to my hotel right as sundown. I know the hotel and other venues will be having large iftar meals (which I’ll gladly join!), but do the hotel bars/lounges serve alcohol, or is the entire country (outside of the airport) de facto dry during Ramadan?
