National didn't close the reservation at return
I was just informed via an app notification I needed to contact National to "extend my reservation." The problem is, I returned the car yesterday! (It was an airport/aisle location.)
During the reservation there was weirdness where I could not access it in the app or the website - I called National who confirmed the booking was good on their end. I returned it and was told all was well. I called again and now they are sending a request to the location to close the invoice.
Any experiences with this? I appreciate any advice!
