Annoying issue with hotel availability. For over a month now shows certain hotels to be available, but when I pick a rate and try to book - returns an error "unavailable, pick another rate or hotel". Same hotels available elsewhere (have it booked through Hotels.com rn). Called customer service, but they seem to use the same interface, get the same error. Frustrating.
