Pictures comparing both, they seem like they're similar sized seats but UA looks way nicer imo. Perhaps UA has larger space that I just couldn't tell from photos?
Food might go to NH if people are into the Japanese style pick, but that's just my guess.
Soft product definitely goes to NH. I also prefer NH's "The Room" to the Polaris seat. Haven't flown NH's regular J seat, but from pictures it would appear that Polaris is better. For what its worth, I do prefer Polaris lounges to NH's Lounges (the ramen was cool, but aside from that preferred the Polaris experience).
