As an ordinary passenger I can freely go between the Aventyr lounge and the furthest E gates used for my CPH-US flights without having to reclear passport control at CPH.
Yes, the stairs nearby the passport control exit bringing about a rather boring stretch to the E gates. First SFO and LAX, then ORD and IAD.
