Matt4200 only shared two issues - the Cat 1-7 certificate not including all Hyatt properties as it used to due to the increase of properties in the Cat 8 bucket, and general overall increase in prices / points required for redemptions. If that counts as "so many issues," I would disagree. Hopefully, the post was not just veiled elitism that some are now priced out of staying at Hyatt properties...
