It depends on what you mean by low density in Y (and you can look at the threads related to ANA). ANA is 3-3-3 on the 787 and 3-4-3 on the 777 in Y. They happen to have large J cabins which means less Y seats, but the width of the seat is still narrow on both the 787 and 777.
