Clearly the latter. First an apology, followed by mention of Gold status and how my viewpoints matter etc., and then generic few sentences about long-haul pe service.
This case did spark my interest to see if they hand out 1/4 of sandwich in Y on the same route. Or halved one without any filling. I'm almost tempted to make a booking just to get that data point
