Haven't seen this on QR before. Unless you get one of those bluetooth receivers you plug into the headphone jack.

Interestingly, I just flew on a China Airlines A321 NEO and it was the first time I had seen the ability to connect my bluetooth headphones to the IFE. Worked really well, can't wait to see this become the norm.
