No offense but I got exactly such boilerplate a while ago.

Also others can do it. I just filed similar case on SK about lacking refreshments on ec261 delay and they merely answered sorry that I didnt get refreshments and they wont offer me compensation since they cannot offer the missing refreshments afterwards. What balls…
