Based on expertflyer, there is no Tcl avail for SJC-HNL for the month of Jun23.
The answer is that Agent should be able to book you on AS flights using your KrisFlyer miles. You need to tell them specifically that AS is not a STAR alliance partner. They should be looking out for avail in T booking class for Economy.
SQ website does not support the search for flights on AS, so you can only call in.
