Jetblue’s terminal, T5, is only a 15 minute walk to TBIT and the Centurion. For a 3+ hr layover, this is definitely worth it.
I would advise not leaving the airport and going to the beach. By the time you left the airport, got to the beach, and got settled, you would have maybe an hour and a half before you had to come back.
