Data points from friends and family
1
Personal 64k Business 16 - Yes to Guest access till 2024
2
Personal 13, business 16 - no guest access to lounges
3
Rest were just 15-16k for the business NLL offers - no guest offer in email

But then, I would rather have NLL 160k offers than guest access.
The interesting part is that additional card members can also bring in 2 free guests.

In appreciation for being a valued American Express® Platinum Card Member, your account is now eligible to enjoy complimentary guest access for up to two guests for no fee each time you visit The Centurion Lounge through 1/31/2024, subject to space availability.

What to know before check-in
  • You'll need to show your Platinum Card ending in XXXXX, boarding pass and government-issued I.D. to check into The Centurion Lounge.
  • You will be charged $50 for any additional guest (or $30 for children aged 2 through 17, with proof of age) beyond your two complimentary guests.
Here's something to keep in mind
Additional Platinum Card Members on the account are now also eligible to bring in two complimentary guests, subject to space availability through January 31, 2024.
