Importation implies trafficking and distribution which isn't what I asked about.
It'd be hard to argue someone flew to Europe just to re-sell a $10 box of medicinal gummies that they have a doctors prescription for. I'm really just trying to eliminate hysterical answers to get to the practical answer since the law and its enforcement is in flux in most countries. And btw- if you read the post I don't plan on entering UK customs- I just would connect there.
