Apologies if there is a general missing points thread that I missed.

I stayed 2 nights at the Orientbank in Istanbul last week. I have looked at my account, and I see the 1000 welcome gift points, as well as the 2 nights, plus the extra 2 nights and 2000 points from the current promo, as well as an additional 1500 (750 per night) because the property has no lounge.

However, in the stay details (see screen shot) it says 0 Base points + 0 Elite Bonus. This was a paid stay (not using points).

How do I go about getting the missing points (since its not actually.a missing stay), do I contact Marriott or the hotel?
