NO. For me standard instant approval no followup.
Many different ways to do things like SSN vs EIN, rotate SSN vs EIN, real name vs real nam ie middle name rotated each app.
For me SSN concept made more sense as that nsi how my side business is structured and tied to revenue.
Guess one important factor missing from almost every DP was either balance owed on INK or Card utilization on each INk before reapplying.
If you search other travels ites you'll find more DPs of more successes to compare what might work like a more frequent velocity in applying or exceeding 5/24 Chase rule for personal cards while also applying for business cards which worked for many at the end. What was interesting to me was how Chase keeps increasing new CC's the CL by 50% each application for me, instant approval.

It is far, far more important to Chase what your total income is. Why open yourself up to needing to provide documentation when you don't need to?
As far as I could tell reviewing multiple travel web sites on this topic no one applying as SSN was asked to provide business documentation, a few might have had to explain a business but not submit anything. Most using EIN failed to have a business on file and needs address verification and even business license. It was recommended by other sites to rotate SSN to EIN on cards but I rejected that concept as I had a valid SSN side business. Very minimal if any posters making SSN business applications had to submit documentation base on my review of posts.. So add my one DP for using SSN and income for an application and being successful with instant approval. each time
