Has the service/soft product here improved here?

And can someone confirm breakfast at Constans Restaurant is now a welcome gift? Saw conflicting info above saying it requires suite via direct booking or SNA but saw else where explicitly mentioning that was for the 1914 Lounge, and that breakfast at restaurant is now Platinum and above welcome gift choice.

Currently have this and Le Meridien booked for the final two nights in Seoul (748k KRW vs 572k KRW total for two nights). With both hotels being very new, trying to justify the price tag premium at Josun Palace!
