I flew during Ramadan two years ago and assume nothing has changed. Alcohol was freely available on board although served discreetly so as not to directly upset those who were fasting. Meal service was unchanged.
No alcohol was served at the airport in any of the lounges and doubt it'll be different this year. I really have not personally been bothered by this, I can always drink on board and look upon it as a chance to get rehydrated between flights. The only thing I won't be doing during my stops in Doha is to upgrade to the Al Safwa lounge - don't think it worthwhile during Ramadan.
