yes i have, and i am trying to collect from DL first. Chase will be hearing from me, if DL denies me compensation. Its secondary to any compensation from the airline. Just wondering if that is a legit reason for them to deny my claim. Based on the answers above looks like its not their fault. Oh well. On to contacting Chase. Thanks guys
