You earn 27k redeemable miles (suggesting that the fare/MQD is $5400 before taxes, if you have no status with DL) based on the price of the flight and 20k MQM (suggesting something like 13k miles of flight distance because of the 50% business class bonus).

MQM earn will be the same whichever way you book. Redeemable miles and MQD will vary: at this rate (about $0.27 MQD per MQM), it's very slightly favorable to book through DL (or depending on how you've rounded etc., maybe KE gives slightly more miles/MQD, but the ease of dealing with DL is worth that very small amount of miles).
