If your family is flying in a class without BR lounge access then you'll need Dragonpass - Priority Pass doesn't work there
An Amex Platinum (at least the US one) will work to, although honestly the AC Maple Leaf lounge is better. I took a peak in the Plaza Premium Lounge before going to the AC Signature Suite Lounge next door last month, and boy was it packed and messy.
