It’s hard to say. Best advice I can offer is if it’s an acceptable price to you, go ahead and book upgrade.
I flew MSP-ICN in PS Pre-Covid and the seat was comfortable. $650 upgrade would be the most I’d pay for it though, especially with how they have cheapened the experience since Covid. Would rather spend the money towards D1.
