Yes, I can actually book at least 4 seats (the plan is to use two companion certs across two bookings). Note that I'm currently having to use ITA-Matrix-PowerTools to force the itinerary to delta.com because on a normal paid booking, delta.com is forcing the upsell to refundable first class after selecting the outbound flight despite declining it on the pop-up. Due to the delta.com issue I called the Companion Cert line as was told that revenue management hasn't opened up companion cert inventory yet.
