I was in 23D on G-EUXI on Friday, and can confirm, the legroom is extensive. I'm 6'3" and at full stretch my legs weren't touching row 22.
The only downside was the crew seat by the window.
As the photo shows, 24A and 24F have even more legroom than 23, if you are 8 foot tall.
