OK I called websupport and they successfully changed it to LH code and I went to that online upgrade website to apply PP. They confirmed my upgrade and I got an email confirmation. However, when I called LH 800 number to confirm, first they said my itinerary is "deleted", and then I called again, they said yeah the reservation is confirmed but the ticket is NOT issued and asked me to wait. Now I'm getting worried if somehow my uprgrade is screwed and I don't even know whether I'll get a seat at all. Corporate TA is emailing a new itinerary and now I have two itinerary on that segment (FRA - JNB). One is O class and another is D class and both of them are confirmed but ticket not issued. Should I call TA or anyone to straight things out or just wait and do nothing?
