To continue documenting the Hertz saga, still no receipt via email. Ripped them a new one in the survey and documented the problems and checked the “yes, I would like to hear back from you”, but so far just silence on that as well.
About a month after filling out the survey, I received this generic reply from “Nicole at TPA”.
