Since the shuttle does actually take like 1/2 an hour to get to the parks, you'll probably get to the parks faster by staying near a station along the Keiyo line including Tokyo station. The infrequent shuttle also can be full in the morning leading people to wait for the next bus and the shuttles to celebration can also be full. The late start to breakfast and the first shuttle time means that you will not get to the parks early enough to get on any major ride before the wait is over an hour (over 2 hours for Soaring and Beauty and the Beast).

If I didn't have Hyatt Globalist status and need Hyatt elite nights, there's so many hotels I would pick over this one.
People needing to use their Club Access awards should be contacting Hyatt Concierge or Consumer Affairs and CCing the GM because this hotel absolutely needs to honors those certs.
