The property may only have ultra Premium Suites but you are entitled to the best room excluding Lev 4.

I tried to push back, but she was quite insistent that complimentary upgrades weren't allowed to this room type ("it's basically like a suite," "we only have 4 of them," "there's only one room left"...).
I was considering calling Hyatt but unfortunately, soon after this interaction, the Opera Premium room became unavailable for one night in the middle of my stay (tonight through Thursday). I'll probably reach out to Consumer Affairs later.
Ended up in an Opera View King (standard) on the first floor (directly facing the cruise ship, but the Opera House is visible from the back corner of the room and the balcony).
