DUB -- is a CBP Preclearance airport, so USA custom and immigration are done in DUB for direct flights to the USA. The flight will be considered a domestic arrival in the USA.
Lounges -- UA customers have access to the EI /"51st&Green" departure lounge after PreClearance-- Busines class cabin (and *G ? unclear - no?)
There is no arrival lounge for UA passengers (EI has one for their business class passengers)
We are looking at these flights:
MRS-BRU with EI
and
BRU-EWR with UA
Both are in business. The connect time in BRU is 1h 50m. Only one of us has GE (2 of us have Clear) and there are 3 pax, one with no trusted traveler 'status'- all 3 are US pax.
Will our checked luggage be interlined from MRS to EWR without us having to collect it and re-check in BRU? If BRU is the US entry point, I assume we'll have to do the luggage thing.
Is the 1h 50 m connect ample time, or is it cutting it close?
