how is your anecdotal evidence any more credible than you think Sara Nelson's is? It is worth noting though, the information you're disregarding is provided by the FAA, not Sara Nelson. Also, serious injuries require two days or more hospitalization as defined by the FAA. How many other crew members were injured that didn't require hospitalization for two days or more? I don't know the answer but I am going to guess it's significantly more than the 80% of 146 - if you care to look then feel free. I don't. I know my own (anecdotal?) experiences and they are that turbulence is more frequent than in the past.
